Payment instructions
Payments are possible via credit cards, PayPal and bank transfer please note that bank transfer will take up to a few days to process and we will need to check if the payment has gone through.
If the order does not say confirmed please check with the bank if the payment has gone through and then contact us as there might have been a miscommunication between the banks and has registered here as failed.
When paying with bank transfer it will be pending until confirmed at our end that the payment has been paid and received.
When making an order with bank transfer please add the 5 digit order number so we know what order the payment is for.
Credit cards, Ideal and bancontact will be transferred via Mollie.
PayPal payments are done by PayPal.
When making an order with credit card please check your bank for a 3D secure code as we are obligated to use this in Europe as a security for you and for us, to make sure no one orders with your credit card without your knowledge as they will need a 3D secure code to pay.
