Can i order together with another person/s and how do i make the order with a different measurements and items?

A

Yes, you can make an order for multiple persons and add their measurement to the designated item. you can choose a measurement to the designated item at the checkout.

Can i buy a gift card?

A

Yes, there is an option in the top bar for a gift card.

Can i buy an item as a gift and how do i do that?

A

It is only possible if the person already has an account with saved measurements otherwise we are not able to make the item without the measurements as most items are made to measure.

Can i return an item if i don't like it, and how do i do returns?

A

No, we do not do returns for items if you have no valid issue of why you want to return an item as our items are made to the measurement provided by the customer. We are no wholesaler or drop shipper and we can't resell the items that are returned. We only can help the customer with remaking the items or fixing it if the item is defective when received or the fabric had a defect when received. We are happy to try and help the customer when they need help with measurements and if there is an issue with the garment when they contact us.

I am having trouble getting my measurements right what can i do?

A

You can contact us and let us know you are having issues getting the measurements right and have an online appointment or go to a tailor with the instructions of what and how to measure.

Are your products made in China? Because the time of the package arriving is long.

A

No, they are made in the Netherlands where we are located but as the items are made to order it takes time to process the order:

  • measurements get checked
  • the pattern will be made (you will receive an automatic notification that the measurements are checked)
  • the pattern will be cut out
  • then sent to the seamstresses (sometimes your item will be sewn fast and sometimes it is busy and backed up therefore we have a 3 week production lead time but it can be done in one to three weeks in some cases the order is very large with numerous colors it can take a bit longer)

    A

    No, we are a small company with 3 people because what we do is a very niche market by making basically only custom items to your measurements as we want to ensure everyone can have nice clothing that fit their body and not their body trying to fit the clothes while keeping in mind that with different body types items will never look the same on everyone but they will fit them how they should.

  • for example the more dept in the bum (protrusion of the bum) the more wedge
  • there is no filling in the pants so the hips and bum will stay the same but the leggings will give you more definition making it seem more fuller
