We ship world wide with the exception of some counties.
All EU countries are included.

Dispatch lead times
We try a max production time 21 days except for the Latex articles they have a max production time of 6 weeks.
there can be a delay when your measurements are not correctly filled in and we are trying to contact you. Therefore it is important you use an frequently used email address in case of importance we need to contact you about the measurements the longer it takes for you to contact us back the longer it will take for you to receive the order.
so it is in utmost importance for you to use a frequently used email and it doesn't end up in the spam folder and give a phone number as we will try to contact you via email but if we do not receive an answer after a long period of time we will try to contact you by phone.
The email or phone number shall not be used for spam or any other means than contact for shipping or a measurements update.
This is the time from when we received your payment to when it is dispatched. Our production takes longer as we do not have stock as we make to order.
Although it is our goal to delivery within the above mentioned lead times, delivery dates are not guaranteed as shipments are handled by third parties.
Please note we are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
Customs and Tax Information
Import duty and taxes may be applicable on your order so please check with the Customs Department in your country and city for rates before placing an order as you are responsible for all extra costs such as VAT tax and duties in your country of shipment.
For all orders from countries outside the EU (the payment comes from outside the EU and the shipping address is outside the EU). We don't charge VAT tax that can or may be asked to be paid in your country before delivery.
WE DO NOT COVER THESE CHARGES FOR CLIENTS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTACES VAT TAX AND OR IMPORT DUTIES YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY OF THESE CHARGES.
The item is custom made and our side of the purchase has been fulfilled it arriving to the country of purchase it is your responsibility to accept the costs in terms of agreement and please take note that you have not paid any tax on the item when you buy outside of the EU.
If the VAT tax and or duties has been paid but not delivered the day or two after please contact us or the shipping company UPS with the Airwaybill number as it can happen in the UK that the payment has been paid but the payment has not gone through and it will be shipped back to us resulting in new costs for re shipping the parcel.
For all orders from EU countries are requested to collect VAT tax for The designated county for example: Netherland 21% Germany 19% France 20%
Express shipping : KDZ economy service or KDZ priority service.
KDZ Economy Express only for shipments to: The Netherlands / Belgium and Luxembourg. Shipments to all other countries we use KDZ Priority Express. KDZ has a worldwide track and Trace service.
