How to return your product
Our return policy
Returns may only be for items that are not made to measure so please make sure you measure correctly and or in doubt of the measurements please contact us to make sure they are correct.
We do not do returns for made to measure items due to they are not resalable as they are made to your measurements so please be sure of your measurements and choice of fabric and style.
For items that are ready made with regular sizing they are returnable within a week of receiving the item after contacting us with the exception if the item has been worn or damaged after wearing (with exception of a defect)
If the items has a defect or is damaged at arrival please contact us so we can help you resolve the issue and replace the item.
